The controller of your personal data within the meaning of Art. 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) is:

We process only the personal data you provide to us yourself, or that is strictly necessary for the operation of the website:

• ▸Contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number, a description of your goal and an optional message.
• ▸Booking form: name, phone number, email address and an optional note (e.g. your training goal). This data is used solely to arrange, confirm and — where applicable — cancel or remind you of a training session.
• ▸Analytics (with consent only): Vercel Analytics collects anonymized traffic statistics — page views, device type, approximate geographic location (at the country level). It uses no cookies and does not track individual users.
• ▸Google Maps (with consent only): when the gym location map is displayed, Google may process your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your data or provide it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use the following processors to operate the website:

Transfers of personal data to the USA take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• ▸Right of access: You have the right to request confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to it.
• ▸Right to rectification: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
• ▸Right to erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data once the purpose of processing has ceased or you have withdrawn consent.
• ▸Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request that we restrict processing (e.g. while an objection is being handled).
• ▸Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the data you provided in a structured format.
• ▸Right to object: You have the right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest.
• ▸Right to withdraw consent: Cookie consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the Cookie settings button in the website footer.

This website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and optional analytics/functional cookies.

Data transfer between your browser and the website takes place exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Data from the contact form is delivered directly by email to the operator and is not stored in a database. Data from the booking form is stored in a secured database (Neon) for the time necessary to arrange and remind you of a training session, and is deleted on an ongoing basis thereafter. The web interface is protected against XSS attacks using standard methods.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will inform you of material changes by publishing a new version on this page with an updated effective date.
